What We Use

Curious about the technology we use? Here’s the list. In a few places, I am listing an affiliate link, which means we get some small bonus for sending you their way. I’ve noted what it is, if that matters to you.

Infusionsoft provides our integrated CRM, including shopping cart and email marketing.

WordPress is our website/blog content management system.

For WordPress templates, we use Headway on the main Nonprofit Marketing Guide site, Thesis¬†on Kivi’s Nonprofit Marketing Blog, and this site, How Kivi Does It, uses the Aggregate theme by ElegantThemes.

Google Apps for Business provides our personal email and calendars. We use Google Drive for some shared documents (mostly spreadsheets).

Dropbox is our file sharing and backup system. <affiliate link – I get free space if you join>

MediaTemple hosts our websites. <affiliate link – I get a month of free hosting if you join>

AmazonS3 stores big files, like webinar recordings, so we don’t eat up space on our web server.

Evernote Business is what we use as the Idea Bucket (the place where all the misc. stuff goes) as well as meeting notes, planning docs, etc.
